Pool level
The "normal" band shows this lake's operating pool. Full pool 1866.6′ is the operator's published value. The low mark (1859′) is a LakeStatus-defined "typical operating low," not a surveyed or official limit — it's our estimate of where shallow ramps start to get risky. The current level is live from the operator. This is context, not a guarantee; always confirm conditions before you launch.
Lake is 1.5 ft below full pool, within the normal operating band.
"Below normal" means the lake is under our estimated typical operating low — a LakeStatus threshold, not an official or surveyed limit. We can't verify any individual ramp's depth from lake level alone, and usability depends on your boat's draft. Treat this as a prompt to confirm conditions, not a statement that a ramp is closed.
Not individually surveyed — confirm with Georgia Power Lakes ((888) 472-5253).
